Level 1

The member will receive a written notice of their misconduct. This will also be delivered via PM to the individual, to maintain confidentiality. If said misconduct continues, further action will be taken.

Level 2

After the initial warning, if conduct does not improve, a temporary ban will be placed on the member. This may be reversed by a written request to a moderator, who will review it with an administrator. If the behavior is corrected, the member will be allowed access to the site’s interactive features again. Otherwise, the member must wait until the ban is lifted.

Level 3

This results in a complete, irreversible ban from all interactive content on the site, as well as OKA functions. This cannot be reversed.

Level 4

Level four is when the individual has harmed, or threatened to cause harm, to any member of OKA or its affiliates. This will result in a referral to local law enforcement officials. We want safety for all of our members. OKA cares about our people, and we will do what is necessary to ensure their safety and security.

Take Note:
The strike system is the general method. Given due cause, the moderation and administration team will take swift action if any member displays an inability to adhere to forum protocol, and may permanently ban a user for the forum for any reason without prior warnings. This sort of action is relatively rare, but it can happen if the comfort and wellbeing of our members are jeopardized.
